About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote a positive team culture
- Plan and execute the roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the game’s life cycle and supporting central projects
- Understand business priorities and deliverables
- Monitor day-to-day progress and make adjustments to deliver on time
- Oversee development of a large team and manage a comprehensive plan
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement with the team
- Identify and manage risk
- Report to the Leadership Team and ensure progress is communicated through the right forums
- Advocate for studio best practices, techniques, and standards
- Mentor and develop the production team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering games while working with internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- 8–10 years of game production experience in live operations
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Master Jira and Confluence user skills
- A few shipped games; mobile F2P experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred
