About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop scalable microservices from the ground up
- Contribute to the evolution of a cloud-native, platform-independent system
- Integrate legacy components into modern architecture
- Reverse-engineer and gradually migrate monolithic parts into microservices
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality and testability using TDD
- Participate in code reviews and drive engineering guidelines
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams across product, QA, and DevOps
- Build core architecture and infrastructure for a next-generation platform operating across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
- Shape the system's evolution toward a fully distributed microservices architecture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in backend development using .NET / .NET Core
- Hands-on experience building large-scale web-based systems
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of relational databases
- Analytical attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable teammate
- Continuous learning approach and adaptability to new technologies
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with AI agents and workflows
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with TDD and automated testing approaches
- Understanding of event-driven architecture, including Kafka and pub/sub patterns
- Experience with database development and optimization
