About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and collaborate with commercial and development teams on product strategy for casino management systems used by casino operators
Lead the vision and strategy and develop a detailed product roadmap for a critical product
Interact with senior management and lead product planning exercises
Ensure product results are consistently and reliably achieved
Conduct market research and launch planning
Achieve growth and revenue targets
Work with customers, regulatory agencies, sales, and marketing to incorporate market requirements and customer needs into future product releases
Increase market share of the assigned product line
Champion new products and ideas considering competitive factors, market demand, risk management, program economics, strategic fit, and operational complexity
Communicate execution plans and roadmaps to executive leadership
Define and communicate product positioning and value proposition messaging to commercialization teams
Establish strategic product roadmaps with senior product and development leadership
Lead customer validation, market feedback, and collaborator engagements
Act as an industry thought leader to elevate the Aristocrat product portfolio
Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, or an equivalent area
MBA or similar background preferred
Consistent track record in software product management with a focus on enterprise software solutions
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
Excellent critical thinking and strong analytical abilities
Understanding of financial modelling and financial statements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to senior management and relevant audiences
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks and opportunities
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence preferred
