Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy scalable analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions supporting Global Supply Chain operations
Build supply chain applications and workflow tools improving planning, procurement, logistics, and operational decision-making
Develop and maintain Python-based solutions, automation scripts, and data-driven applications
Design, build, and optimize data structures, pipelines, and self-service analytics capabilities within Snowflake
Collaborate with business partners to identify automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency opportunities
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions delivering measurable value
Support forecasting, scenario planning, inventory optimization, and decision-support capabilities
Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions for supply chain operations
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across analytics applications, data pipelines, and reporting solutions
Partner with Enterprise Data & Analytics and other technical teams on data standards, governance practices, and platform strategies
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best-practice guidance across analytics, AI, and data engineering initiatives
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and analytics tools for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required
7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, software development, supply chain analytics, or related technical fields
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms such as Snowflake
Experience designing and developing applications, automation solutions, or data-driven tools for business operations
Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics environments
Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, and self-service analytics solutions
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills in fast-paced environments
Experience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation to business challenges preferred
Experience working with supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or operational business functions preferred
Advanced degree preferred
