About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Dev, Creative, and QA leads to identify operational bottlenecks and engineer tailored AI solutions
- Build and prioritize custom graphics tools for static and animated art assets that match the studio's art style
- Build, test, and deploy internal AI applications, custom web portals, and Slack/Teams bots using modern LLM APIs
- Build end-to-end automated pipelines connecting Jira, GitHub, and CMS using orchestration frameworks
- Develop, evaluate, and optimize complex system prompts and workflows
- Monitor tool performance, optimize API costs, mitigate model hallucination, and ensure data privacy and security compliance
- Automate technical documentation summaries, boilerplate code generation, AI-assisted code reviews, math tooling, and game balancing support
- Build asset-generation pipelines, automated game rules generation, and secure theme-generation tools for creative teams
- Build QA agents for acceptance-criteria parsing, test-case generation, synthetic test data generation, submission-document generation, and bug categorization
- Interview internal users, translate difficulties into technical requirements, and build intuitive UX/UI
- Evaluate new AI frameworks and select the right tools for the job
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in software engineering
- At least 1.5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications
- Strong experience with art and animation pipelines is highly favorable
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js
- Deep familiarity with LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and Vector Databases
- Proven track record working with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs
- Experience with platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Figma, Adobe, Slack, and Teams
- Ability to interview internal users, translate difficulties into technical requirements, and build intuitive UX/UI
- Comfortable working in a rapidly shifting AI landscape, evaluating new frameworks, and selecting appropriate tools
