About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Program Director, Associate Program Director, and clinical practicum faculty for the DNP Nurse Anesthesia concentration
  • Compile, format, and submit Council on Accreditation documentation; track deadlines, deliverables, correspondence, submissions, and approvals
  • Maintain project timelines and task trackers; follow up with stakeholders and flag risks
  • Serve as the program’s primary contact by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, calendars, clinical placements, rotation scheduling, and approved discretionary days off
  • Support onboarding of faculty and clinical partners and prepare affiliation agreements, faculty matrices, and simulation documentation
  • Supervise student employees and/or staff
  • Verify faculty licenses and NBCRNA certifications through Nursys and the NBCRNA verification portal
  • Monitor nurse anesthesia resident health, immunization, ACLS, PALS, certification, and other compliance documentation
  • Maintain program educational records, Competency Passport records, clinical tracking data, and record retention/archiving
  • Serve as Recorder for NAEAC, JCAC, and RAC committees; maintain rosters, charters, acknowledgments, minutes, and committee records
  • Administer clinical site, preceptor, clinical partner, alumni, and employer evaluations and surveys
  • Liaise with internal departments, clinical partners, and external vendors; draft communications, reports, and summaries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
  • Deep experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, and academic program development
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with accreditation processes, preferably COA accreditation or similar regulatory processes
  • Experience with credential verification, compliance tracking systems, and educational records management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Planner, To Do, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide quality customer service
  • Comfortable working with providers, hospital systems, clinical partners, and academic leadership
  • Ability to work independently and within a complex structured team
  • Ability to supervise staff and/or students
  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Successful completion of criminal background and fingerprint checks
  • Driving is not required
