About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and provide preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products on-site within care facilities
- Promote and sell Arjo service agreements and products
- Supervise equipment installation and perform uncrate and assembly services
- Instruct customer personnel in equipment operation and proper use
- Assist sales personnel in marketing Arjo equipment through joint calls, in-services, and sales leads
- Maintain an organized parts inventory in a clean company vehicle
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of field based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of face to face technical customer service experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of sales and/or promotion of service products experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recommend/promote/sell products and services based on observed client needs
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills
- Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed
