Key responsibilities & impact

Support full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and supporting schedules
Support financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple entities
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records
Assist with job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and related accounting activities as needed
Maintain accurate accounting records and transactions using QuickBooks Desktop
Take on additional accounting responsibilities to support senior financial leadership and improve overall efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, but exceptional experience considered
Strong experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting
QuickBooks Desktop experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
Manufacturing or construction accounting experience, particularly job costing and WIP, a strong plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing new technology, including AI tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn new processes
