Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
  • Candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are encouraged to apply
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage
  • Track record of effective teamwork and collaboration
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced, global business environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Open, authentic, and passionate about innovation, sustainability, and customer impact
  • Based in Alberta and willing to travel frequently to Armstrong’s Toronto office
