About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Google Ads and LinkedIn paid media strategy and execution, including account structure, budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing, and performance
  • Build the organic SEO and AI-search program, including technical foundations, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content briefs
  • Own top-of-funnel demand programs such as search and social capture, content syndication, retargeting, and paid ABM
  • Own landing pages, A/B testing, form and funnel optimization, and Qualified chatbot conversion routing through Salesforce
  • Manage tracking and reporting, including UTM discipline, Salesforce campaign hygiene, and pipeline-by-channel reporting
  • Work directly in marketing platforms and data without an intermediary vendor
  • Report digital contribution to pipeline by vertical using sales-aligned metrics
  • Cut spend on underperforming programs and act quickly on optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Ops, and RevOps
  • Report to the Head of Marketing
  • Build paid media ownership, SEO foundations, and conversion testing within the first 90 days
  • Deliver pipeline dashboards, growing organic traffic, and program-attributed deals within six months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years running performance marketing hands-on for B2B, with real budget ownership
  • Proven fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/MAP platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot; ZoomInfo and Gong are also used
  • Ability to run technical SEO audits, brief content, and explain search visibility, including AI search
  • CRO experience with testing frameworks
  • Pipeline-first mindset focused on opportunities and revenue influenced
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders with clear briefs and tight timelines
  • Comfort working as a team of one with agency-sized scope
  • Habitual use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, briefs, and creative iteration
  • Fintech experience or selling into financial institutions (nice to have)
  • ABM platform experience and tiered account strategy (nice to have)
  • Experience marketing embedded/API products or private label offerings (nice to have)
  • Background in growth, social, or partner marketing (nice to have)
  • Experience with behavioral and intent data for targeting (nice to have)
  • Design/creative sense for briefing ad creative (nice to have)
