About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end integration management and process workflows
- Manage high-profile implementations, major projects, and special assignments
- Prepare thorough specification analysis documentation for integration mapping
- Drive accuracy and velocity of trading partner implementations through analysis, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Oversee project testing and implementation and provide support when necessary
- Act as integration subject matter expert for platform feature expansions, JSON enhancements, data transformation, and data communications
- Drive integration development toward industry best practices and standardized business operations
- Communicate cross-functionally and develop sustainable technical solutions
- Mentor and train Integration Specialist I and II employees
- Perform routine deployments using Deployment Management best practices and Change Management standards
- Review projects for production readiness
- Serve as an escalation point for post-production support internally and externally
- Collaborate with expert peers to prioritize, develop, manage, and troubleshoot integration capabilities
- Work with business partners, internal stakeholders, and product development
- Ensure project goals are met within time and budget constraints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5–7 years’ demonstrated EDI integration experience, preferably in a logistics environment
- Experience creating and maintaining EDI-based business translations with internal and external systems using webMethods and proprietary internal applications
- Experience with multiple industry-standard EDI tools
- Cleo Integration Cloud experience/certification required
- Knowledge of development and tenant management in Cleo’s CIC Studio
- Understanding of advanced methods of data transformation and integration
- Understanding of database structures and data relationships, object-oriented programming, and component-based development
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high performance based on quarterly goals set with the leadership team
- Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Passion for continuous change and evolution in EDI data integration and automation
