About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Arrive’s public relations and communications work across the business
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and Senior Events & Engagement Manager
  • Maintain and grow relationships with trade, national, and industry reporters
  • Monitor HARO and Qwoted daily and flag relevant opportunities
  • Draft media pitches and press materials
  • Support media outreach according to the coverage cadence set with marketing leadership
  • Draft and coordinate company announcements about new offices, partnerships, service expansion, and recognition
  • Build and maintain PR calendars, media lists, coverage trackers, and related documentation
  • Gather and organize story material from across the business
  • Support subject matter experts with media, podcast, and industry feature preparation
  • Prepare background documents and talking points
  • Support communications for customer and executive events, including invitations, attendee communications, onsite messaging, and follow-up
  • Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and executive one-pagers
  • Track media placements, coverage, and event communications activity
  • Prepare recurring activity summaries for the team
  • Provide communications, writing, and operational support across the marketing team
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
  • 3+ years experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, including internship experience
  • Strong writing ability across formats, including pitches, announcements, audience communications, and supporting documents
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, media, and employees at all levels
  • Collaborative approach and comfort taking direction from multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to adopt new tools quickly, including AI platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
