About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth
- Handle onboarding and ongoing training to increase retention and uncover upsells
- Meet or exceed assigned renewal rate and growth targets
- Track at-risk, non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals, including cancellation reasons
- Support assigned client base and respond timely to customer inquiries
- Promptly follow up on customer-related issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams
- Share, develop, and build global market intelligence concerning customers, market trends, supply, and demand
- Conduct quarterly business review virtual visits with at least 75% of accounts in their renewal year
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of product offerings, subscription and renewal licensing models
- Ability to manage customer accounts, renewals, retention, and growth targets
- Ability to respond timely to customer inquiries and follow up on customer-related issues
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams
- Colorado-based candidates must work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Non-Colorado candidates must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership
- Travel required less than 25% of the time
