About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations
  • Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands
  • Manage assigned accounts through proactive and regular sales and account-support actions
  • Track shipments, maintain orders, manage backlog, expedite inbound shipments, and troubleshoot delivery issues
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and replenishment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience
  • Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe
  • Viable candidates must be US citizens due to contractual requirements with the federal government
