About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct analysis over a range of projects to support fund management decisions across Arrow’s third-party-managed funds
  • Develop models and analytical methods to analyse performance and profitability of investment strategies within the Group
  • Monitor fund performance, investigate trends and identify areas requiring further analysis
  • Analyse actual and projected returns to support decision-making across new investments
  • Contribute to analysis of existing positions, including stress-testing and sensitivity analysis for assets under management
  • Respond to specific queries and explain outputs to internal stakeholders
  • Lead future development of modelling architecture, including assessment and implementation of business intelligence tools and artificial intelligence applications
  • Translate strategy into numbers and turn data into clear insights for leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong academic background within a quantitative discipline, e.g. Business, Economics, Accounting or STEM fields, or similar
  • Advanced knowledge in financial modelling
  • Sound understanding of accounting and finance concepts
  • Proven relevant work experience, including financial consulting firms and/or multinational organisations
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills (mandatory)
  • High degree of attention to detail and ability to consolidate and interpret complex information from multiple sources
  • Self-motivated and capable of using own initiative to drive improvements in business processes
  • Relevant Financial Qualification such as Accountancy qualification, CFA or CPA is advantageous but not required
