  • Supervise accounting staff and provide support services for multiple pool programs
  • Prepare or review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Prepare bank reconciliations for the Trust Administrator
  • Develop annual budgets for pool programs
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate operational funding
  • Oversee bank and investment reconciliations
  • Support cash receipt and disbursement processes with strong internal controls
  • Propose auditor contract terms
  • Coordinate audit fieldwork and report presentations with external auditors
  • Direct and supervise pool accounting staff across multiple locations and programs
  • Manage relationships between accounting and other departments or outside entities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • 5–8 years’ experience in a similar position managing multiple entities or audit engagements
  • Experience managing multiple entities or audit engagements
  • Ability to supervise accounting staff in multiple locations and support multiple pool programs
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
  • Knowledge of budgeting and treasury management
  • Knowledge of audit coordination and financial regulatory reporting
