About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process/enter data for a variety of policy transaction types within a portal system or Excel spreadsheet
  • Investigate miscellaneous inquiries regarding client files and associated transactions
  • Communicate internally and externally via email and telephone
  • Perform clerical duties, such as electronic filing, as required
  • Meet production-based KPIs for output volume, consistency, and accuracy
  • Work in a hybrid home-office model via desk booking system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organizational & time management skills to complete assignments effectively and within structured timelines
  • Strong writing/language & communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Interest in being involved with community outreach and company culture
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365 & Google Drive is an asset
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work from home
  • Minimum home internet requirements: 25 Mbps download speed with a wired connection; 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload speeds per user if sharing connection
  • 250 Mbps download speed via WiFi connection
  • Power supply: 120V AC for 8 hrs daily
