About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive brand awareness and product adoption for neffy® within an assigned geography following launch
- Develop and execute focused territory and account plans prioritizing high-impact opportunities
- Deliver clear, balanced, and compliant product and disease-state education through in-person and virtual engagements
- Build relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, hospital staff, administrators, nurses, office personnel, influencers, and other key stakeholders
- Navigate multiple decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption
- Establish credibility as a trusted, reliable healthcare resource through consistent follow-through and value-driven interactions
- Identify opportunities to influence behavior and expand product use by understanding customer workflows and challenges
- Learn and navigate payer and access dynamics, partnering with internal teams to support patient access and remove barriers
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on account planning and access dynamics
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and execute activities in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and required training
- Demonstrate initiative and resilience in evolving or ambiguous situations while pursuing practical, solution-oriented outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2+ years of field-based sales or customer-facing experience with a track record of consistent performance
- Pharmaceutical, specialty, or healthcare experience is preferred
- Experience supporting new initiatives, launches, or growth-oriented environments is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and ability to learn clinical, scientific, and product information
- Solid business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and act on insights
- Comfort using CRM systems and technology to support planning and execution
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Ability to travel for conferences, national/regional meetings, and within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities
