About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-home design consultation appointments with potential clients
- Convert company-provided and self-generated leads to clients
- Help clients create space, maximize accessibility, and eliminate frustration in existing cabinetry
- Coordinate and communicate with team members
- Upload leads, orders, estimates, designs, and photos promptly
- Take client deposits
- Provide a platinum level of service
- Grow the client base
- Sell custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to quickly learn Art of Drawers' offerings
- Ability to accurately design, measure and document solutions
- Ability to employ technology
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written professional communication skills
- Friendly, goal-oriented, and driven nature
- Previous design experience a plus
- Own phone, computer, and printer
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Willingness to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history
- Willingness to work in a commission-only compensation structure
- Willingness to complete a certification process that can take 30 days
- In-home sales experience is solicited in the application
