About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the outdoor category line plan around product, price, and timing priorities
  • Monitor weekly sales velocity, gross margin targets, and stock levels
  • Analyze customer return data and product feedback to identify quality risks and implement solutions
  • Drive pricing architecture and tactical promotional plans to clear aging inventory and protect profitability
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including phased exits and promotional transitions
  • Partner with Design, Sourcing, and Planning from analysis through recommendation and execution
  • Communicate seasonal strategy and product visions to Marketing and Campaign teams
  • Conduct post-season market and competitive analysis to inform future outdoor line expansion
  • Establish collaborative rhythms with cross-functional partners and lead weekly performance reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of related experience in Category Management, Merchandising, or E-Commerce (furniture/decor experience preferred)
  • Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Solid knowledge of category management, merchandising, marketing, and sales principles
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, pricing architecture, and forecasting methods
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with little supervision
  • Strong collaborative mindset and track record of establishing productive cross-functional partnerships on a global scale
  • Solid grasp of seasonal business cycles and ability to adapt to category-specific priorities and timelines
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Completion of criminal background check
