About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interview technical subject matter experts and transform complex technical discussions into engaging, business-focused content
- Write and edit blog posts, white papers, case studies, customer success stories, marketing collateral, website content, and email campaigns
- Use AI tools to improve content quality and accelerate content creation while maintaining accuracy and brand voice
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, event promotions, and content promotions
- Build and maintain automated nurture workflows in HubSpot or similar platforms
- Segment contact lists and run A/B tests to improve email performance
- Maintain list hygiene and deliverability, including bounces, unsubscribes, and sender reputation
- Maintain email and broader marketing calendars
- Report on email performance and connect results to leads, SQLs, and revenue
- Maintain company websites using WordPress/Elementor, including backend work and page creation/editing
- Coordinate webinar logistics and content
- Manage LinkedIn and support broader social media efforts
- Support brand messaging and messaging strategy
- Coordinate concurrent initiatives, deadlines, and cross-functional work with sales, consultants, and leadership
- Track project progress, organize marketing assets, and ensure deliverables ship on time
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and report on lead-generation metrics and revenue impact
- Manage marketing automation workflows and administration
- Route qualified leads to sales and coordinate cross-channel communication with sales representatives
- Manage marketing technology administration, vendors, approvals, access, and super-admin responsibilities
- Manage event and booth logistics, including research, registration, payments, swag, packing, travel, and on-site coordination
- Create graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
- Update resumes, presentations, and marketing documents
- Ensure consistent branding across marketing materials
- Proactively identify gaps, collaborate with marketing teammates, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting demands
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to leverage email as a lead generation channel that drives Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue
- Content marketing and writing skills, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, use cases, success stories, and customer interviews
- End-to-end event marketing experience, including event research, registration, booth payments, swag inventory, packing, travel coordination, and on-site execution
- Comfort with travel is required
- Social media execution, specifically LinkedIn posting and content ideation
- HubSpot experience or familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Strong Canva design skills and ability to create polished graphics independently
- Marketing operations and administrative skills, including list hygiene, lead routing, vendor management, and tool administration
- Ability to adapt and pivot quickly, handle multiple priorities, accept executive feedback, and work under pressure
- Demand generation mindset focused on pipeline and revenue
- Ability to market to technical/compliance audiences
- Experience updating website content
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong time management and project coordination skills
- Preferred: experience in technology, IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services
- Preferred: experience interviewing technical SMEs
- Preferred: AI proficiency, particularly Claude or similar AI platforms
- Preferred: SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) knowledge
- Preferred: product marketing experience
- Preferred: marketing analytics, reporting, and ROI analysis experience
- Preferred: partner marketing experience
- Preferred: advanced HubSpot automation experience
- Preferred familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, Asana, Salesforce, WordPress with Elementor, Microsoft Suite, and ZoomInfo
