About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Marketing’s commercial performance reporting and prepare KPI inputs for ELT, GTM, Monthly Commercial Review and Board cycles.
  • Maintain a CRM-led view of lead-to-revenue performance and replace manual reporting with dashboards.
  • Own HubSpot as the marketing and commercial system of record, including properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, routing and permissions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot issues and maintain CRM governance, documentation and change control.
  • Maintain Lead > MQL > SAL > SQL > Opportunity definitions, routing and SLAs across Marketing, SDR, Sales and Client Success.
  • Monitor handoffs, prevent SQL stage skipping and run MQL-to-SQL and PLG-to-sales handovers.
  • Build pipeline, funnel and revenue dashboards; support forecasting and report coverage, velocity, conversion and win rates.
  • Produce weekly and monthly commercial review packs, identify bottlenecks, stalled pipeline, at-risk renewals and expansion signals, and recommend actions.
  • Own campaign, source and account attribution in HubSpot and report performance across channels and growth engines.
  • Map and improve the customer lifecycle from first engagement through onboarding, renewal and expansion.
  • Partner with SDR and Client Success on reporting, renewal and expansion visibility.
  • Maintain products, price books, quotes and discount approvals in HubSpot.
  • Prepare commission calculations for Finance approval and provide data for territory planning, pricing reviews and target setting.
  • Own CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment and completeness, and process data deletion requests in line with data protection obligations.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with tools such as Clay, Heap and Stripe, and automate manual commercial-team work.
  • Report to the CMO and contribute to FY26 growth objectives by improving pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, funnel conversion and commercial decision-making.
