About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end testing strategy: test plans, automated testing with Playwright, smoke tests, and regression testing
Define release exit criteria and determine what should or should not block a deployment
Perform QA on critical user journeys before every web, desktop, and mobile release
Maintain the incident management process, including severity levels, playbooks, status page updates, and customer communications
Act as Incident Lead for serious incidents and ensure information is communicated quickly and accurately
Lead post-mortems and ensure that corrective actions are delivered
Maintain monitoring and alerting
Maintain the security program, including EDR, MFA, vulnerability management, and endpoint hardening
Lead periodic access reviews and produce the required evidence
Organize team security awareness initiatives, including phishing campaigns, reminders, and onboarding training
Manage the macOS and Windows device fleet and mobile phones, including procurement, setup, encryption, updates, inventory, and replacement
Standardize and automate onboarding and offboarding
Administer accounts and access across all tools, including SSO, MFA, password management, and role-based permissions
Ensure the reliability and security of an AI-powered, voice-driven SaaS product for dentists
Serve as a key liaison between Engineering, Support, Compliance, and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in IT / systems administration, QA, DevOps, or technical support
Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: internal IT and security; quality and testing; reliability
Able to read code, understand architecture, and troubleshoot independently
Comfortable using AI as a work tool and already using it every day
Able to reject a release when necessary and explain the decision without alienating the team
Calm under pressure during incidents and highly pragmatic
Bonus: experience in digital health, audited environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS), or distributed desktop applications
Technical environment: AWS, Terraform, React, PHP / Symfony, Electron, Playwright, GitHub CI, Sentry, UptimeRobot, Metabase, SQL, Linear, Notion, Slack, Intercom, Claude, MCP, and scripting
Familiarity with macOS and Windows environments
Position based in Strasbourg, France
