About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
- Assess oral health and recommend care based on clinical indicators
- Educate patients and support patient communication
- Utilize digital technology for clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Manage schedules and supplies with autonomy
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Maintain manageable schedules of 5–7 patients per day
- Use voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for patient education
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcome
