About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Analytical thinking and data utilization
  • Ability to provide patient service in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Ability to consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and manage collections
  • Ability to manage office operations and staff
