About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the office in all office operations in support of the doctors
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care
  • Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff
  • Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Analytical thinking and ability to leverage data
  • Ability to provide services in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
