About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for positions across multiple departments and levels
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Deliver and negotiate employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, social media, industry associations, and other sourcing channels
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, universities, military organizations, and community groups
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
- Provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experiences
- Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, and competitive hiring trends
- Maintain accurate applicant and requisition records within the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring trends
- Prepare and present recruiting reports and staffing updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring requirements
- Represent Aspire at recruiting events, job fairs, networking functions, universities, and community events
- Support employment branding initiatives through social media and professional networking platforms
- Promote Aspire's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an auto insurance company, agency, high-volume, or multi-location environment
- Experience recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple departments and organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate search tools
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill talent pools
- Strong knowledge of Federal and California employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive recruiting decisions
- Auto insurance industry recruiting experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations preferred
- Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, and campus recruiting initiatives preferred
- Standard business hours; occasional evening or weekend attendance at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking functions may be required
- Regular use of ATS systems, video conferencing platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel to recruiting events, job fairs, and business functions as needed
- Ability to lift and transport recruiting materials and event supplies up to 50 pounds when necessary
