About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Vocantas’ customer base in Australia
  • Own a new-business quota across healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and food production
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, partner channels, and Eziway’s customer network
  • Identify opportunities at Australian sites of existing global Vocantas customers and develop local pilot programs and commercial relationships
  • Build relationships with operations, workforce management, nursing, HR, and plant leaders
  • Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through demos, business cases, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Connect Vocantas’ solutions to customers’ workforce and operational needs
  • Build business cases around Vocantas’ usage-based commercial model
  • Launch and manage pilot programs and convert successful pilots into long-term customer relationships
  • Partner with Eziway on account planning and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Vocantas’ implementation, support, and product teams in Canada to support transition from sale to implementation
  • Keep Salesforce accurate and maintain reliable weekly forecasts
  • Provide insights on Australian buying processes, enterprise agreements, compliance requirements, competitors, and customer needs to shape local positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or in another closing role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, with results that can be clearly explained
  • Experience selling into healthcare, manufacturing, or both within Australia
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through signed contract
  • Ability to build pipeline independently and take ownership without relying on a large local sales team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior operational leaders
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Based in Melbourne and able to work from Pakenham two days per week
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Preferred: experience selling workforce management, rostering, scheduling, or communications software
  • Preferred: knowledge of the Australian aged care, public hospital, or manufacturing landscape and its buying processes
  • Preferred: familiarity with Australian awards, enterprise agreements, or workforce compliance requirements
  • Preferred: experience selling usage-based or consumption-based pricing
  • Preferred: experience launching a product into a new market or selling alongside a partner or sister company
  • Preferred: existing network of healthcare or manufacturing operations leaders in Victoria
