About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI products across voice, messaging, and conversational AI
Remain hands-on in the codebase while coaching engineers, conducting code reviews, and raising engineering standards
Own products end-to-end from concept to production, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration
Develop AI workflows using LLMs, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and real-time voice technologies
Work with product, customers, and leadership to translate hospitality challenges into practical AI solutions
Make architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost
Build integrations with hotel property management systems, booking engines, CRMs, and third-party APIs
Prototype rapidly, validate ideas with real users, and improve products based on feedback and performance data
