About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business needs, processes, exceptions, and expected outcomes
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Identify gaps, constraints, dependencies, and conflicting requirements and help determine practical solutions
Maintain requirements, meeting notes, decision logs, and other project documentation
Develop UAT scenarios and support clients through testing and validation
Demonstrate product functionality and connect capabilities to documented business requirements
Create client-facing training materials and lead training sessions
Serve as a consistent client contact for requirements, testing, process decisions, and training
Partner with the Project Manager on the broader client relationship
Collaborate with Project Management, Development, QA, and Product teams
Support implementation milestones from discovery through go-live
Build reusable internal documentation, including process guides, configuration notes, and knowledge base content
Research relevant direct selling practices to support recommendations and client solutions
Follow security and data-handling practices consistent with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role, preferably supporting software implementations or SaaS environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience documenting functional requirements, user stories, process flows, or similar artifacts
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional team settings
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management or collaboration tools
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for requirement documentation, research, and workflow efficiency
General familiarity with relational databases and SQL preferred
Experience in the direct selling or MLM industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Ability to follow security and data-handling practices consistent with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements
