About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own demand generation for Dispatch and Youreka
- Reshape marketing strategy for the company and its products
- Own the Business Development Representative team's strategy and targets
- Assess marketing focus across paid acquisition, lifecycle/email, organic, and other channels
- Own the marketing automation and CRM stack
- Generate and manage a measurable pipeline in partnership with sales
- Identify converting segments, use cases, and messages through testing and analysis
- Sharpen demand-generation targeting and messaging
- Share findings with Product Marketing to inform positioning
- Build a content engine covering website copy, case studies, and thought leadership
- Lead BDR strategy and targets with the existing Lead BDR
- Manage an existing marketing team resource and help define future roles
- Diagnose marketing channel mix and prioritize investment
- Establish processes, reporting, and KPIs
- Build a functioning marketing engine across team, tools, and process
- Define data-backed marketing investment priorities and measurable pipeline/revenue contribution
- Develop product positioning and messaging and support major product launches and market expansions
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of marketing experience, including specific focus on demand generation and program definition
- Startup-tested operator comfortable being hands-on and building programs with limited resources
- Proven track record of owning a marketing function or team from an early stage
- Proven, hands-on experience managing a demand-generation/marketing function is required
- Experience managing a team on a sales-style compensation plan, such as a BDR, SDR, or inside-sales function, is a plus
- Analytical, first-principles thinker able to diagnose which channels and tactics drive results
- Strong written communicator able to turn technical or operational product value into compelling brand and content narratives
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Experience in field service, home services, or enterprise software is a plus
