Read, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend code within Keystone's Rocket UniVerse and MultiValue ERP applications
Lead technical discovery for complex requests by examining the customer's workflow, data, existing systems, constraints, and definition of success
Own technical delivery from early prototype or proof of concept through design, development, testing, production rollout, stabilization, and customer adoption
Investigate complex application behavior and data issues across code, database structures, business rules, interfaces, and operational processes
Design and build reliable integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, secure file exchange, imports, exports, and other appropriate methods
Develop practical modernization approaches that improve maintainability, interoperability, security, and user experience without disrupting critical customer operations
Make sound tradeoffs among scope, speed, quality, maintainability, and customer impact, identifying risks and blockers early enough to protect delivery
Work directly with product and support staff, and at times with customers, to understand business needs and turn them into clear technical solutions
Create diagnostic utilities, conversion programs, data corrections, and repeatable automation for support and implementation needs
Review production issues, determine root causes, implement durable fixes, and communicate technical findings in language that non-developers can understand
Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate investigation, code comprehension, prototyping, documentation, and testing while carefully validating accuracy and security
Document code, integrations, data structures, and operating procedures so that knowledge is shared across the team
Convert successful customer-specific solutions into reusable components, utilities, deployment patterns, and playbooks where practical
Bring field feedback to product and development discussions so recurring customer needs can influence application priorities and roadmaps
