About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the website, landing pages, blog, social and paid ads across RepairQ and ServiceManager
- Maintain distinct voices for RepairQ, targeting repair retailers, and ServiceManager, targeting OEMs, 3PLs and depots
- Provide first response to inbound leads and route each lead to the appropriate person quickly
- Build outbound assets and copy variants for the sales team and iterate based on reply performance
- Report on funnel metrics including sessions, form fills, reply rates and leads progressing to opportunities
- Continuously automate marketing workflows and report monthly on tasks removed from the manual workload
- Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success managers to create short customer-facing release videos explaining product improvements and their value
- Work within positioning, category naming and ICP defined by the Managing Director, while owning market execution and feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years in B2B marketing, hands on across content, social, web and paid
- Fluent daily use of AI tools, and at least one thing you have built that now runs without you
- Comfortable in the technical layer: a CMS, an ads platform, analytics, and enough scripting or automation tooling that "can we automate this" is a question you answer rather than ask
- Clear written English; most output is read by North American buyers
- Willingness to ship and learn from live work rather than wait for perfection
- Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product to SMB and enterprise buyers simultaneously is advantageous
- Experience in or around retail, repair, logistics or field service is advantageous
- Experience building an internal tool, agent or workflow used by others is advantageous
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work approximately four hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time colleagues, into the early evening Beirut time
