Key responsibilities & impact

Build and improve features and services in .NET/C#
Incrementally modernize legacy components by identifying outdated patterns and proposing practical refactoring
Evaluate user workflows and interfaces and reduce friction
Write and maintain automated tests, including end-to-end and unit tests
Contribute to the LLM workflow engine by improving prompts, workflows, and data-processing logic
Integrate APIs, messaging, and third-party services
Take initiative to solve problems and drive them to completion
Share context early and keep the team informed
Shape the platform's evolution toward cloud delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid, real-world experience shipping applications in .NET/C#; comfortable reading and improving large existing codebases
Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, evaluating and improving model output, and building or maintaining LLM-driven workflows in production
Comfort with Razor, jQuery, and Kendo in a server-rendered stack
Working knowledge of Java sufficient to understand and contribute to Spring Boot services
Good grasp of API design, backend services, and relational databases
Experience with end-to-end testing and willingness to write unit tests
Practical software-design judgment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English, written and spoken
Daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools to produce, review, and ship production code
Comfort working with limited direction
Nice to have: experience with cloud or SaaS delivery, containerization, multi-tenancy, CI/CD, or Azure
Nice to have: enterprise or government software background
Nice to have: front-end modernization experience
Nice to have: Playwright experience
