About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the transformation plan, key performance indicators, and improvement priorities for a defined mandate or operating area
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, customer retention, cost performance, service delivery, processes, and systems
  • Build understanding of the business, customers, financial performance, and competitive environment
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear actions, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead transformation initiatives from diagnosis through implementation
  • Coordinate stakeholders, support adoption, and measure operating and financial impact
  • Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on business planning, performance reviews, and major decisions
  • Engage and support teams affected by change while building ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leaders across the portfolio to share best practices and support business improvement initiatives
  • Potentially progress to a Managing Director role within 12 to 24 months, subject to readiness and opportunity availability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience
  • Record of delivering measurable results
  • Strong commercial and financial judgment
  • Evidence of leadership through direct management responsibility or ownership of a significant initiative
  • Ability to identify problems, set priorities, translate strategy into practical action, and guide cross functional change through adoption and measurable impact
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across teams and organizational levels
  • Confidence to make decisions, humility to seek feedback and learn quickly
  • Strong ownership mindset, commercial curiosity, and ambition to build and lead a business
  • Experience in software, SaaS, technology, financial analysis, acquisitions, integration, or operational improvement valued but not required
  • May be a recent MBA graduate with meaningful professional experience before business school, or a leader who has demonstrated ability to lead a team, function, product, region, or major business initiative
