Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in architectural decisions and help establish technical standards
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
Debug complex issues across multiple layers of the application stack
Collaborate with the product owner and team to refine requirements and provide technical insights
Use AI tooling to efficiently deliver for customers and embed AI into products and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Experience with .NET Core and Redux
Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles, including SOLID and DRY
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically MS SQL Server and MongoDB
Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to write automated tests, including unit and integration tests
Experience working in an agile development environment
Experience with Service-Oriented Architectures
Understanding of security best practices in software development
Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
Experience working with AI tooling such as Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot
Experience working with AI frameworks such as OpenAI
Experience building AI agent functionality and working with agent frameworks
