About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across the frontend and backend of AI-driven products
Handle technical design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into chat, automation, personalization, and agentic self-service workflows
Build, train, and evaluate applied ML models for forecasting, classification, and recommendation features
Build, maintain, and debug data pipelines for AI products, including ingestion, transformation, and data quality checks across bronze/silver/gold/platinum architecture
Participate in client and stakeholder conversations, demos, product launches, requirements discussions, and troubleshooting calls
Translate customer and partner feedback into product and engineering decisions with Product Management
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Help define architecture, patterns, and technical direction for new products
Support and troubleshoot production issues, including client-facing incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience building and shipping fullstack web applications
Strong engineering fundamentals independent of AI-assisted tooling
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, Node.js, a backend language such as Python or Java, API design, and relational databases
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Experience building cloud data pipelines and ETL across a medallion architecture
Hands-on production experience with AI/LLM capabilities, such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, or related infrastructure
Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
Applied ML experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating models such as classification, regression, or forecasting
Ability to reason about data quality, features, and model performance
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to clients, partners, and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable in customer-facing settings including demos, calls, and workshops
Flexible, product-minded, collaborative, curious, and accountable approach
Fluent in written and spoken English
Reliable and deadline-driven; able to set realistic estimates, meet them, and raise risks early
Active GitHub profile or portfolio of personal/side projects
Nice to have: exposure to Java, Spring, or Spring Boot
Nice to have: exposure to generative avatar or video rendering
Nice to have: familiarity with speech-to-text or transcription pipelines
Nice to have: familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step tool-use patterns
Nice to have: experience with Go
