About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, configure, and program client proposals, contracts, reports, and other custom documents using WeSuite's Document Editor and related technologies
Translate project scope, specifications, examples, and client requirements into technically accurate document solutions
Review visual presentation, data accuracy, calculations, conditional logic, and overall document quality
Test document output using multiple scenarios within WeSuite applications
Troubleshoot data, configuration, and application issues and determine root causes
Document software defects and technical findings for escalation to Quality Assurance or Development
Use AI assistance to generate or improve code, automate repetitive tasks, and improve delivery speed and quality
Identify automation opportunities and develop reusable solutions
Develop standards and best practices for future document projects
Work with Project Managers on estimates, status updates, and risk identification
Support Project Managers during client meetings requiring deeper technical expertise
Assist Client Support with document-related issue investigation and resolution
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Development, and other resources
Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of WeSuite software, configuration, document capabilities, data structures, tools, and related systems
Create internal technical documentation and Knowledge Base content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with, or ability to quickly develop proficiency in, Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, views, stored procedures, and performance tuning
Knowledge of relational databases and data relationships
Proficiency with C#, including conditional logic, formulas, and expressions
Proficiency with HTML
Experience with Crystal Reports or comparable reporting technologies
Experience with Microsoft Windows environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with enterprise software applications
Application troubleshooting skills
Data analysis and validation skills
Experience with AI-assisted development and productivity tools
Nice to have: experience accessing and working within cloud-hosted environments such as AWS EC2 via RDP
Nice to have: experience with Monday.com, Zendesk, or similar project-management and support platforms
