About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Own backlog prioritization and requirements management
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, customers, operations, and engineering
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements
- Participate in architecture, integration, API, and solution design discussions
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
- Assist with technical analysis, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept efforts
- Drive customer feedback collection and support ticket analysis for continuous product improvement
- Own product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the development organization
- Contribute to technical documentation and product development success
- Balance strategic thinking with technical depth and drive product excellence from concept through delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, or related experience
- Experience delivering enterprise software products
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organizational skills
- Healthcare technology experience
- Familiarity with the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Azure, and microservices
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best practices
- Healthcare interoperability knowledge is a plus
