About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of AspireHR client projects
  • Manage smaller or single-module client projects with appropriate oversight
  • Manage defined project activities or workstreams within larger or complex engagements
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and progress; identify variances and escalate concerns
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions
  • Coordinate project resources and activities across workstreams
  • Lead routine project meetings and governance activities, including kickoffs, status meetings, agendas, reporting, decisions, action items, and follow-up
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, issues, decisions, and upcoming activities to clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain project financial information, including hours, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support scope and change management by documenting changes, assessing impacts, and coordinating review and approval
  • Maintain project documentation and management artifacts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, and potential delivery impacts and coordinate follow-up and escalation
  • Build effective relationships with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support project transition, lessons learned, and closeout activities
  • Continue developing project management capabilities through coaching, feedback, and increasingly complex assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, technology, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience
  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, consulting, professional services, technology implementation, or a related environment preferred
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles, project lifecycle activities, and project governance
  • Experience supporting or managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, deliverables, and status reporting
  • Ability to manage defined project responsibilities and priorities with appropriate guidance and oversight
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities, deadlines, resources, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate project documentation
  • Ability to identify and escalate project risks, issues, delays, resource constraints, and conflicting priorities
  • Understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, and change-management concepts
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and recognize when escalation is appropriate
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger project team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management, resource management, collaboration, or reporting tools preferred
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, SaaS projects, HR technology, SAP, or SAP SuccessFactors projects preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, client-facing, deadline-driven consulting environment
  • Demonstrated interest in developing toward greater project management responsibility
  • Optional certifications: PMI, Agile, or SAP PM
