About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care providers, specialty providers, and families through written and verbal communication

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Behavioral Health Therapist: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related field
  • Behavioral Health Therapist: Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health diagnoses in children, adolescents, or adults
  • Behavioral Health Therapist: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist upon hire
  • Behavioral Health Therapist: Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
  • Clinical Psychologist: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Clinical Psychologist: Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
  • Clinical Psychologist: Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
  • Clinical Psychologist: Minimum 1 year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience preferred
