About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses
- Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes
- Coordinate patient care with primary care providers, specialty providers, and families through written and verbal communication
- Provide psychotherapy using multiple modalities and evidence-based methods, including focused treatment protocols when appropriate
- Use progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess psychotherapy benefits and modify treatment plans when necessary
- Work as an independent healthcare provider within multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Behavioral Health Therapist: minimum Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another behavioral health-related field
- Behavioral Health Therapist: minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
- Behavioral Health Therapist: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required upon hire
- Behavioral Health Therapist: Basic Life Support/CPR required within 6 months
- Clinical Psychologist: minimum Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Clinical Psychologist: Wisconsin psychologist licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Psychologist: Basic Life Support/CPR required within 6 months
- Clinical Psychologist: one year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience preferred
