Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program or equivalent combination of education and experience
In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2 years of relevant equivalent experience will be accepted
Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required
Care Management certification. Preferred
Per diem, varied schedule, including weekend coverage as needed
Work at the UW Health 1415 E State St Clinic
