Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related area required
  • 3 years of employee and/or labor relations or other related leadership experience required
  • Experience with employee relations case management systems is a plus
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Relations or related area preferred
  • 5 years of employee and/or labor relations experience preferred
  • 6 years of human resource generalist experience preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Residents must be located in Wisconsin or Illinois
