About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Patient & Family Advisors, staff co-chairs, and organizational partners
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Patient & Family Advisor Program
- Coordinate PFA recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
- Serve as a resource for staff partnering with Patient & Family Advisors
- Coordinate and manage virtual advising opportunities
- Maintain the PFA database and program records
- Support Patient & Family Advisory Councils and other patient and family engagement structures
- Monitor PFA participation and program activity
- Develop tools, resources, communications, and processes for staff and PFA collaboration
- Support Patient Experience reporting, data analysis, trend identification, and improvement insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, health care, or related field Required
- 2 years of healthcare experience with at least one (1) year of patient experience focus Required
- 1 year of experience performing process improvement/coaching, patient/customer relations, or management experience Required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or other health related field Preferred
- 5 years of patient experience focused work in a large health care environment Preferred
- 2 years of experience working with volunteer programming Preferred
