About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the UW Health Home Health department

- Participate in ongoing educational programs and complete mandatory CEUs
- Maintain and provide evidence of Illinois licensure or authorization to test
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation)
- Participate in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure
- Acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
- Must provide documentation of licensure eligibility before working as a therapist
