About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a team of doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals providing preventive and specialized care
- Assist with phone triage, in-basket management, patient education, and direct patient care
- Participate as an active member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Care for patients and families across varied patient populations and locations
- Apply critical thinking, including triaging phone calls
- Promote healthy lifestyles and wellness
- Provide education and chronic condition management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 months of RN experience required
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact upon hire required
- CPR/BLS Certification upon hire required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Relevant RN experience preferred
- Applicable clinical certification preferred
