About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work day shifts at the Fitchburg Clinic, with no weekends or holidays
- Speak directly with patients through telephone triage
- Assist patients with complex health care needs
- Provide hands-on patient care in the clinic
- Provide care in primary care and specialty care settings, including Falls Clinic, Memory Clinic, and Geriatric Assessment Clinic
- Collaborate in a teamwork-oriented clinical environment
- Work with the geriatric population
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
