About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in the Ambulatory Pediatric Float Pool
- Join a team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals providing preventive and specialized care
- Assist with phone triage, in-basket management, patient education, and direct patient care
- Participate as an active member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Care for patients and families across varied patient populations and locations
- Apply critical thinking, including triaging phone calls

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
- Ability to work primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with hours varying based on operational needs
