About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategic clinical programs and initiatives
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and quality outcomes
- Serve as subject matter expert for program operations
- Provide guidance, oversight, and feedback to team members
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- 5 years relevant nursing experience to program of responsibility required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact upon hire required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Administration or related field preferred
- Prior program management/leadership experience preferred
- Certification in a relevant specialty preferred
